When renting a car from DL Rent, a refundable deposit is required. This is an amount that is temporarily held during the rental period as a security measure to ensure compliance with the rental agreement and to cover:

• any additional charges such as fines, missing fuel, or damages not covered by the insurance;

• delayed return of the vehicle;

• violations of the rental terms (e.g. smoking in the car, returning it excessively dirty, etc.).

Customers with less than 3 years of driving experience pay double the amount of the deposit depending on the rented car!!!

💳 The deposit is NOT charged unless a breach is detected. The amount is pre-authorized on your card or collected in cash, and is fully refunded after the vehicle is returned in proper condition, in line with the rental terms.

📅 Depending on the payment method and your bank, the refund processing time may vary — usually between 1 and 14 business days.
